Prior to joining Edward Jones, I spent 21 years working in the hospital as a medical laboratory scientist. I chose to transition from healthcare to a career in financial services because I discovered the importance of investing. I believe investing in ourselves, investing in each other and investing our money can greatly improve the quality of our lives.
I started as a client. As a single income household, I sought help in making wise financial decisions. I needed someone to talk to and I found exactly that during my first visit to a local Edward Jones office. The branch office administrator was so friendly, and the advisor took the time to listen to me.
Then, I was an intern. In 2022, my love of learning led me to return to college to pursue a master's degree in business administration. During my MBA journey at Arkansas State University, my financial advisor partnered with me and allowed me to do an internship in his office. This is when I fell in love with the culture of Edward Jones and how we work together to care for our clients, colleagues and communities.
Now, I'm a financial advisor! I work in the same office where I began as a client. My first priority is getting to know you. What I love about my job is that I am allowed the time to have meaningful conversations. I want to understand who and what is most important to you and why. I get to partner with you and your loved ones. We will address and prepare for all the changes that impact your financial future such as retirement, inheritance, job change, marriage, divorce and birth or death of a loved one. Your financial situation is unique, and you deserve a personalized strategy.
I have an excellent team. The branch office administrators, Wanita and Carol, are always there to help provide top-notch client service. Thousands of people and advanced technology at the Edward Jones home office support our branch, so we can help ensure you receive the most current and comprehensive guidance. We welcome the opportunity to work with your attorney or accountant.
