Ozark Foothills Literacy Project
Empowering Individuals and Improving Communities through Education.
At OFLP, our mission is to empower individuals and improve communities through education. With the help of our volunteer tutors, donors, and affiliates, we are able to serve over 100 students each year in Sharp, Izard, Independence, and Jackson counties in North Central Arkansas.
Literacy / Literatura
OFLP offers free one-on-one reading tutoring for adults in Fulton, Sharp, Izard, Independence, and Stone counties.All classes are confidential. Students can dual enroll with Adult Education.
OFLP offers free English as a Second Language instruction to adults in our four-county area.Work One-on-One or in a Small GroupFamily Options May be Available
We offer an award winning take home literacy pack program. You can sign up on this website under Lit-2-Go! Every other month you will receive a book to read with your child and fun activities to share.
