Highland Elks Lodge #2539 welcomes everyone, including non-members, to come to a charity event called Alex’s Lemonade Stand this Saturday, August 4 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
All proceeds from the event help fund research to fight childhood cancer, like the cancer that took the life of Alexandra Scott whose legacy has inspired people around the world to donate to the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
A potluck dinner is offered, and entertainment is provided by disk jockey DJ-12-Gauge. Admission is free, and there will be a bake sale auction to raise funds for the charity.
