Tickets to the Kelly Miller Big Top Circus on May 5 are now on sale at local businesses. The Circus is brought to the community by the Spring River Area Chamber of Commerce and has not been to town since 2015.
The Circus will have two shows on May 5 at 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm. As in previous years, the Big Top will be set up next to Tri-County Farm & Ranch Supply in Ash Flat. Due to popular demand by animal activists, the circus will not have any exotic animals such as elephants or large cats.
“I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from the community about not having exotic animals at the circus,” said Lauren Siebert, Circus Chair and SRACC board member. “This circus is going to have lots of acrobatic acts and other amazing stunts to entertain everyone. Whether you are young or older, the circus is a great opportunity to have good wholesome fun with the whole family. Also, there will be provisions for drop offs and special parking for those with disabilities.”
Discounted tickets are available for $10 for adults and $7 for children 2 to 12 years old, or seniors 65 years old or over. Tickets the day of the event are $13 for adults and $10 for children or seniors. Children under 2 are free. Cash or business checks only will be accepted.
